Yes we do! We have a full service install bay for any of your custom vehicle, boat, motorcycle needs. We also have a "come to you" home and commercial install team that can perform the install at your home or business. One of our sales specialists will be glad to help get you set up for an install.

Once you order has shipped you will receive an email at the address you provided during checkout. This will include your tracking numbers for the order. You can also find all your tracking information by logging into your account.

Precision Audio & Video Experts utilizes a variety of shipping providers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. We typically will ship things UPS but we look at every purchase and choose the best shipping option for that order.
We are excited to offer free shipping to the Continental US (lower 48). We do not currently ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

We are authorized dealers for every product we sell on our store. Every item we offer comes with the manufacturers warranty (with the exception of clearance and closeout items). We may offer additional extended warranties on certain products as well that can help protect your product for a longer period of time.
In order to start a warranty claim, please reach out to us at email@example.com Please include your original order number and product part number, any pictures of the failure, and a brief summary of what the failure was and one of our warranty specialists will be able to help get that warranty processed.
If you need to ship your item to us or the manufacturer for warranty purposes and it has been over 30 days since you purchased the product, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
If it has been less than 30 days since your purchase, our warranty team can help to cover the shipping in certain cases.
We offer a 30 day No-Hassle Money Back guarantee on all non closeout or clearance orders. If you change your mind or your wife saw the charge and threatened to divorce you, we will take the product back no questions asked. This only applies to items that have been unopened and are still brand new in box.
While we do reserve the right to decline returns after 30 days, if you happen to be outside of the 30 day window, you can still request a return for store credit towards another product on our site or in our store.
Return shipping in either case will be the buyers responsibility.
